We process orders within 1–2 business days. Depending on your location, in lithuania you will receive your order within 2–5 business days.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on the size and destination of your order. We strive to make delivery affordable and convenient by offering competitive prices. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout, so you can easily plan your budget.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Return Period

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable)

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective items

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will:

• Replace it, or

• Offer a refund, or

• Provide a discount

In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued:

• Within 5–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

• Using the same payment method originally used for the purchase

6. Exceptions

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The item was worn, washed, or damaged

• Hygiene standards are violated (if applicable)

• The item was custom-made or personalized to your specifications
